Milform 8050FF is a chlorine and formaldehyde releasing biocide free synthetic fluid for very severe operations. It even has outperformed straight oil containing up to 30 % of chlorine. In addition to its exceptional lubricity, Milform 8050FF provides good corrosion and stability control.
Application
Milform 8050FF performs successfully in heavy stamping, piercing, punching, deep drawing applications on steels and aluminium alloys. Frequently our customers have been able to achieve 3 to 5 fold increases in tool life. It is easy to apply. Parts are easier and quicker cleaned.
