Description
Straight cutting oil for heavy-duty operations
Milpro MC50 is a clear golden cutting oil containing a chlorinated additive and a fatty compound to provide excellent anti-weld and extra lubrication properties. It also contains an anti-wear additive for effective lubrication of coolant supply pumps.
Application
Milpro MC50 is suitable for general use in automatic lathes and more specialised operations such as deep hole drilling, broaching and thread grinding. Because Milpro MC50 contains chlorinated additives, it is suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including high tensile steels, heat resistant alloys and copper and brass coils. In order to prolong tool life and maintain surface finish it is recommended to regularly filter the oil and guard against water entry.
