Chlorine-free pure cutting and grinding oil
Milpro HG20-02 is a golden yellow, clear, low viscosity special cutting oil.
Application
Milpro HG20-02 was developed as a special cutting oil for machining steel and cast iron using all common types of machining such as turning, milling, deep hole drilling, grinding, honing and lapping.
Compared with normal cutting oils, it offers greatly improved performance in turning and milling.
Because of its low viscosity, it provides excellent machining results wherever good flushing and cooling behaviour are required, as in grinding and deep hole drilling.
An excellent surface finish is obtained in lapping and honing. These results can be further improved if sulphur-bound stones are used.
In order to increase tool life and guarantee the surface finish, it is recommended that the oil be filtered regularly. Milpro HG20-02 cannot be used for machining non-ferrous metals.
