Cimstar 35-4967 is a multipurpose, water-miscible, micro fine emulsion type cutting fluid concentrate.
This high-performance micro-fine emulsion is free of boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde releasing biocide. The Cimstar 35-4967 is equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.
Application
Cimstar 35-4967 is a general-purpose cutting fluid recommended for medium to heavy duty grinding and machining operations. Cimstar 35-4967 is suitable for all ferrous and most non-ferrous metals (it is advised to check aluminium compatibility). Cimstar 35-4967 is designed for use in individual
machines and central systems, and performs extremely well when used in medium water (8 to 20 dH). Concentration range: 5-10%.
