Cimpulse MP35-6101 is a multipurpose, water-miscible, micro fine emulsion type cutting fluid concentrate. This high-performance emulsion is free of boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde releasers. The Cimpulse MP35-6101 is equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.
Application
Cimpulse MP35-6101 is an all-round cutting fluid recommended for medium to heavy duty machining and grinding of ferrous and most non-ferrous metals including aluminium. Cimpulse MP35-6101 is designed for use in individual machines and central systems, and performs optimal when used in medium water (4 to 12 dH) hardness.
