Milform 2600 is an evaporative lubricant for fin stamping and profile forming. Milform 2600 combines synthetic polymer chemistry and extreme pressure additives to offer the ultimate drawing and forming product without the use of mineral oil.
Application
Milform 2600 is used for aluminium profile forming and fin stamping high collar heights. The “Evaporative” nature of this unique lubricant eliminates the need for post cleaning entirely while supplying high boundary lubrication without leaving unsightly residues that interfere with subsequent assembling and/or manufacturing processes.
Milform 2600 may be applied by spray, roller, drip or brush methods.
